Advancement Reservation Help

The Advancement area of the Unit Reservation system allows units to manage their unit advancement reservations for summer camp at Read Scout Reservation.  Once logged into the system, a unit can change their advancements reservations: add, modify or delete them.  Changes to reservations or adding reservations cannot be done after 6 p.m. on the Thursday prior to a unit's week in camp.   After this time many of the options below are no longer available.  Changes after that time can be discussed with the camp director on Sunday evening

The Members screen (the first screen shown) shows all currently registered members and their advancement registrations.   

Member Advancements
The Member Advancements shows, in detail, the reservations for a particular member

Add Advancement
Accessed from a member's screen, the Add Advancement allows Advancements to be registered for a particular member.  Choosing a week and the desired advancement area allows a search for all advancements in that area.  The current registered count and wait list information is shown.  Maximum session sizes are shown for those where it may apply.  When a member would not be allowed to registered for an advancement (already registered for it, lottery limit reached, etc.) the advancement is shown but no registration would be available.

Delete Advancement
From a member's screen, advancements can be deleted.  

Reservation Summary
The advancement schedule and a count of all current reservations can be viewed in the Reservation Summary screen.  Searching by week and camp will retrieve all advancements.   This summary can be viewed by any website visitor, logged in or not.
