Boy Scout Day Camp at Durland
Adventure & Advancement
Did you just cross over from Webelos to Boy Scouts or are you new to Boy Scouts all together?
Are you looking for an adventurous week long camp, closer to home?
Do you want to get a jump start on advancement?
Then Boy Scout Day Camp at Durland is for you!
This camp is a great local alternative to a resident camp like Read for boys who may be just entering Boy Scouts and want the experience of a resident camp but remain local.
Boys will have the opportunity to advance in rank and merit badges, while having adventures such as swimming, canoeing, hiking and climbing. The camp's goal is to start off your career in Scouting the right way, with a focus on adventure and advancement, all outside in the 1,400 acre Durland Scout Reservation. All of this happens from 8:00 a.m.– 4:00 p.m. weekdays.
